The hotel told us in October 2026 that the rooms open with an electronic card, but that a member of staff will walk a Shabbat guest to the room and open the door for them. The main entrance is on a sensor; there are two other entrances that open by hand, with no sensor and no motor. The corridor lights stay on continuously, and staff will switch the room lights on or off for Shabbat if asked.
